IN THE GARDEN HOPPER
WELCOME TO PARADISE
Here in our wonderfull natural garden, everyone would probably bite into the forbidden apple. Amidst apple trees, birdsong and grapevines, you can sit back and relax. On the table comes homemade roast pork from regional farmers, or rather a hearty cheese plate with fresh vegetables? A glass of Gelber Traminer is served with Marianne's juicy red wine cake, and Sigi is sure to have one or two funny anecdotes in store.

THE HOSTS
FROM HOPPER
We are Marianne and Siegfried (but everyone calls me Sigi) and we are the host of the Buschenschank. We have been running our Buschenschank here on the Aunberg with full passion and dedication for over 15 years. Our greatest reward is to put a satisfied smile on our guests' faces every time they visit.

REGIONAL
SOURCES
Regionality has a particularly high priority for us. Therefore, we rely on regional sources of supply wherever possible. Because only through regional awareness can we preserve and promote our valuable region. You can see a list of our regional partners below.

"Our meat is sourced regionally and still processed by hand using traditional preparation methods."

OUR KELLERSTÖCKL
GRANDFATHERS ONE AND EVERYTHING
Our Kellerstöckl was built in 1954 by Mr. Friedrich Spätauf Sen. It served as a residential house but also as a workshop for his carpentry business at that time. After our grandfather Johann took over the Kellerstöckl, it continued to serve him as a workshop and wine cellar. But above all, it was a retreat for the entire family.

When our winery was founded, some renovation work began. The renewal of the kitchen, the construction of the winter garden and the construction of the entire bench and table sets - all handcrafted by our well skilled carpenter Sigi. It was important to us, however, to preserve the basic substance and the good spirit of this old house that had been built through hard work. Today our Buschenschank shines with the freshly polished splendor of modern craftsmanship in combination with the quaint charm of the time.
OUR
EVERYDAY
DRIVE
Our greatest appreciation is clearly for our guests. Without their trust, all our work would be futile. The desire for the highest quality and excellent service drives us daily to constantly improve and sometimes even rethink plans.
